Rich and successful always focus on Higher Ticket Items.
This is a fundamental of maintaining cash flow and is much more profitable.

When you focus on the “Big Stuff,” many times it is the same deal,
the same time and effort only more zeros in the deal.

In the roofing industry many contractors focus on the front end sale, (usually smaller margin)
yet forget the back end. (larger margins)

Here are a few back end ideas for contractors:
Maintenance agreements, Gutters, Solar installs, concrete cleaning and affiliate agreements with other trades*.

*Arrange affiliate agreements with painters, plumbers, electricians, gutter installers, solar installers, etc.
Collecting a fee from the other contractors for referring projects to them. You are on the project anyway, why not make a nice fee referring the building owner to a reliable painter, electrician or plumber for their renovation?

There’s a saying among the rich and successful:
The front end is where you build trust and rapport,
The back end is where all the money is!

You activate a distinction by asking a question.

Ask yourself this question:
What products or services can I upsell or add to my product offering increasing the backend of a deal?

Once you come up with a few answers, write them down and start including them into your day to day business.
This will increase your income and potentially explode your cashflow!
