4. Hire an Assistant – Leverage your time leaving you more time to do what you do best.
5. Model a top producer in your firm or in your industry – Success leaves clues and the sales superstars in your business are doing something right. I heard it said, ” Modeling great ideas is not plagiarism, it’s called Research.”
6. Write Down your goals – This sounds exceptionally easy except for the fact very few people actually write down their goals and have an action plan to follow up.
Many years ago back in the early 1900’s a research group did a study of Yale graduates on goal setting. Out of the graduating class only 5% had written goals for their future. decades later those same 5% were financially worth more than the other 95% combined!
