10. Get More Referrals – This sounds so simple and it is.
Ask your current clients if their neighbor or friends are in the market for a new roof or repairs. Mine your database.
11. Achieve Mastery – Are your skill sets in sales good but not great? Old selling skills may be improved. Make a written plan to mastery
12. Discover Where The Money Is – What you ask?
Activities you engage in that produce the most revenue are the things you must spend the majority of your time on.
List your daily activities and number from 1 to 10 for most important to least important as they relate to producing income for your business.
