The Roofing Hub Marketing Tip of the Week:
21 Ways to Close More Sales Now!

Today I am sharing the last three ways for closing more sales and I will be wrapping up this series. Be sure to look back at the previous posts to get all 21 in a binder or journal. These golden nuggets are excerpts from Eric Lofholm’s book of the same name.

Here we go:
19. Do What You Know – This is one of the most powerful ideas discussed so far. Students of sales, like you, often know things you could be doing that would help you be financially free if you only used the ideas. It has been said that if someone gave you the step by step blueprint to make a million dollars, 95% of people would never implement it. Make a list of all the actions you know you should be taking to produce better sales results Do what you know and take the action.

20. Use a Script – Sales scripts are one of the most misunderstood areas of selling. In most cases, fewer than half of all salespeople use scripts. They go into a presentation , “Winging it.”
This is not about sounding canned. The truth is, the most successful sales professionals in the world use scripts, but you don’t know it. They are so good at it, they become the script.
The biggest benefit of scripts is the consistent results you will get when you have your script down pat. It removes the fear and increases predictability of the outcomes.

21. Take Action – Action is the most powerful idea in this entire series. Ideas by themselves are worthless, good ideas put into action are priceless.
