Improve everyday products that already exist.

Think of irritating inconveniences that affect everyone around you and opportunities abound:
Any product, item or service around you can be improved.
Think of how you can change that______ to make it better!
Anything from the chair you are sitting in to the computer on your desk, to the hammer in your nail belt.
Here’s a short list for Roofers:

Hatchet, hat, nail holder, knife, shingle or single ply cutters, chalk line, truck bed protection, shingle handling,
felt application (lay lines), hydration (water bottles), back pain remedy or support, the list goes on and on of things you can improve or innovate.

Pioneering is not necessarily the best, most of the opportunity is right in front of us
