When rich people run their business, here’s their formula:

Revenue is always going up, and
Cash Flow is up, and
Profits are up, and
Expenses are going down or under control.

Poor business owners think that if revenue is going up, they will be OK.
THEY WONT, Because they tend to spend more on overhead they can’t really afford.

NEVER spend money before it is in the bank!
Cash flow management is the key.
Get the money first then deliver the product if you can.
Pre-selling your product works wonders on cash flow management.

Robert Kiyosaki teaches that Cash Flow is King!
Overhead is the killer of Cash Flow Management.
Keep a low cost internal structure and it will serve your business forever!
